Ghost Rivers: Sumwalt Run Walking Tour

This 1.5-mile permanent public art installation and walking tour traces the hidden path of Sumwalt Run, a rocky stream buried in concrete culverts beneath the city streets in the early 1900s.

The move: Follow the bright blue thermoplastic lines painted across Remington's sidewalks to discover the 12 historically detailed metal signs, and pause at storm drains to listen for the whispering echoes of the lost river.

Where: 3000 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21218
