OddKnock Test Kitchen
Three New York actors who cut their teeth at Sleep No More took over an empty 3,700-square-foot storefront at 26th and Blake and turned it into a rolling residency where immersive-theater artists build an entire world from scratch in under two weeks. From the sidewalk it reads as a vacant lease; inside, the work-in-progress showcases are consent-based, audience-participatory, and genuinely strange. Each four-month cycle produces a few showings, then the world is torn down. Backed quietly by the RiNo Arts District and the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation.
The move: Grab tickets to whatever work-in-progress showcase is running, then debrief the weirdness over drinks at a RiNo taproom a couple blocks away. The participatory format means you'll have plenty to argue about afterward.
