Cocktails here read like lab reports and arrive in beakers — some lit on fire — under a 25-foot glowing LED maple tree, tucked inside the immersive art-and-nightlife complex AREA15 alongside its warehouse of surreal installations.

The move: Wander AREA15's dark corridors until you land at the beaker bar, order a flaming "Ginger Combustion" apiece, and sit under the glowing digital tree comparing notes on the strangest thing you saw in the building.
