A Cold-War spy-themed bar hidden since 1966 behind an unmarked door labeled "International Exports Ltd" — you need a password to get in (or perform a silly task if you do not know it), and inside are secret passageways, a phone-booth escape hatch, and espionage gadgetry everywhere.

The move: Look for the alley entrance off Water Street, bluff or bumble your way past the password at the front desk, then hunt the hidden exits and gadget displays over Spy-themed cocktails — do not leave without finding the secret way out.
