Entry No. 39 — the Minneapolis file — filed under: weird-galleries

Rogue Buddha Gallery

Established in 1999, this richly adorned, moody gallery is a portal to the beautifully bizarre, showcasing dark pop-surrealism, magical realism, and owner Nicholas Harper's own unsettling, elongated-neck portraits.

The move: Attend one of their opening receptions to sip wine under tin ceilings, admire hauntingly beautiful artwork, and chat with local artists in an unpolished, delightfully gothic atmosphere.

Where: 357 13th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413

Hours: Added 2026-07-21 — confirm current hours before you go.
