Since 2017, a small Edgehill storefront has run its own custom-built salt cave, where you recline in a zero-gravity chair breathing sterilized microscopic salt crystals for 40 minutes while an Amethyst BioMat — a mat embedded with heated amethyst crystals — warms your back; reflexology and sound baths are stacked onto the same visit.

The move: Book a joint salt-cave session on the hour, then each add a reflexology add-on afterward so you leave with two very different kinds of relaxed feet and lungs.
