Five More Minutes at Sauced on Paseo

Tucked behind the bar at Sauced pizza in the artsy Paseo district, Five More Minutes is an all-ages free-play arcade with more than two dozen vintage video games, air hockey, a claw machine, and Nintendo consoles wired to period-appropriate tube TVs. It opened in summer 2024 as a deliberately nostalgic, 1980s-styled annex to the restaurant. Because it's attached to Sauced, you can rotate between pizza and beer and a quiet corner of cabinets.

The move: Order a pizza at Sauced, then duck into the back arcade to play console games on old tube TVs and settle it with one final round of air hockey.
