Philadelphia's first purpose-built traditional sauna house rather than a gym add-on: a Nordic-style room run up to 195 degrees, swings built right into the wellness space, and sound-bath sessions layered on top of the heat rituals — opened in 2020 in a converted corner building at Oddfellows Alley.

The move: Book a shared solo sauna slot with a sound-bath add-on, cool off on the swings between rounds, then finish with side-by-side massages.
