One of only about ten authentic banya-and-hammam bathhouses left in the country: a Russian bath heated by 16 tons of granite river rock, a marble Turkish hammam, an actual snow room for shocking your system after the heat, and platza treatments where an attendant flogs you with soapy oak-leaf branches.

The move: Each get a platza session, then work through the granite-heated Russian bath, the hammam, and the snow room together before finishing at the on-site juice bar.
