Skate City Pueblo

An honest-to-goodness indoor roller rink with a hardwood floor, modern light-and-sound rig, concessions and a small arcade. It runs themed and open-skate sessions rather than being open continuously, so the room fills with music and rolling couples on session nights. It's the kind of unironically nostalgic date most towns have lost.

The move: Lace up rental skates for an open-skate session and try to hold hands without wiping out as the lights drop and the music kicks in.
