The Ethos

The Ethos is Pueblo's alcohol-free bar fused with a creative-maker community space, run by and welcoming to artists and the LGBTQ+ community. Beyond the sober drinks, it hosts hands-on classes and workshops, from 3D printing to fiber arts like knitting, crochet, and embroidery. It is a genuinely offbeat date setting: make something with your hands and your partner without a drinks tab.

The move: Sign up for one of their rotating maker classes and build a small project together over mocktails.
