Open since 1986 and hiding among Old Sacramento's tourist storefronts, this shop crams in Wiccan supplies, hundreds of wind chimes, hand-carved statuary, 'hard to find' music, tie-dye, and tarot decks — self-billed as 'the most outrageously stocked, eclectic, esoteric gift store in the Sacramento area.' Closed Tuesdays.

The move: Get purposefully lost in the cluttered aisles hunting for a matching pendant or a wind chime, then pick out a tarot deck to try reading with each other over dinner nearby.
