Presa House Gallery

A 'quaint-but-mighty' DIY house-gallery run out of a converted Southtown residence by artist Rigoberto Luna, where past shows have turned suitcases, brooms, tie-downs and shop lights into deadpan sculptural installations. It's small, appointment-driven, and unmistakably a house — you knock, you get let in, you're standing in someone's old living room looking at conceptual art from Texas artists.

The move: Email ahead to book a private viewing of whatever's currently on the walls, then walk the rest of the block — Southtown is dotted with similar tiny converted-house galleries — before grabbing dinner nearby.

Where: 725 S. Presa St, San Antonio, TX 78212
