Perfumer Roxana Villa's studio inside the Lena Street Lofts (building A, sharing the building with Iconik Coffee) is part scent bar, part cabinet of curiosities, part school, filled with herb jars, hanging flowers and distilling equipment where she makes all-natural botanical perfumes (some solid perfumes use beeswax from her own hives). It runs mostly by appointment. The Santa Fe Reporter (2019) described walking in as 'stepping through a magic portal into an aromatic choose-your-own-adventure story.'

The move: Book an appointment for a private scent consultation or perfume-making session together and blend a custom fragrance from her library of plant essences — no synthetic 'chemical cocktails,' as she puts it — instead of buying a bottle off a department-store shelf.
