A small wellness outfit nested inside the offbeat, locally-owned Metro Mall, running sacred sound baths led by Jen Merrell on pure quartz crystal singing bowls — done seated or lying down with mats, bolsters and blankets provided. They also host pop-up sweat ceremonies and retreats.

📍 Before you go Metro Mall is a small, human-scale Midtown shopping center — not a big-box complex — tucked along the Benson Boulevard/West 23rd Avenue block, so you can park close and look for the suite directory once inside.
