Mesmerize

A 3,000-square-foot South Austin warehouse unit built by local artists Clay Lillard and Mateo Gutierrez around the conceit that the building was "fractured by a strange force of nature": 15-plus room-scale installations — including a wishing wall where you read strangers' handwritten wishes — built around a central "Colossal Crystal."

The move: Book a timed entry slot together, spend the allotted 30–60 minutes photographing each other in the different rooms, and add your own wish to the wishing wall before you leave.
