Scituate Salt Cave

Two indoor caves built from 30,000 pounds of Himalayan salt, where you recline on zero-gravity chairs or lie directly on the sun-warmed, salted floor while a halogenerator pumps pharmaceutical-grade salt dust into the air over piped-in ocean sound.

The move: Book the 45-minute session for two, lie flat on the heated salt floor rather than the chairs, and let the white noise and salt haze do the rest — it's one of only five salt caves listed statewide.
