Revampt
A furniture-and-goods shop on a Cherry Creek corner where literally everything is built from somebody's trash -- car parts, tractor wheels, wine barrels, semitruck and barn flooring, salvaged timber -- all made by local Denver artisans. Owner Daniel Louis got the idea after a Design Build Bluff stint building homes from free materials on the Navajo reservation, and the store leans hard into 'reclaimed, recycled, repurposed.' The building itself is part of the bit: a renovation pulled up the floors to reveal 100-year-old pine running underneath. It's the kind of place you wander into for a gift and leave wanting a coffee table made out of a fence.
The move: Treasure-hunt the showroom together pointing out the most absurd 'wait, that used to be a WHAT' piece, then pick a small reclaimed gift to take home as a memento.
