Farm Fusion in the Kitchen
This is a farm-to-table teaching kitchen set on a working ranch in north Fort Collins, complete with garden beds and farm animals just outside. Their cheesemaking workshops walk you through curdling milk and stretching it by hand into your own fresh mozzarella and burrata, and a separate soft-cheese session covers ricotta, paneer, and farmer's cheese. Pasta nights pair hand-rolled noodles with a slow Bolognese and house-made gelato.
The move: Stretch warm curds into your own mozzarella and burrata together in a ranch teaching kitchen, then taste what you made.
📍 Before you go Classes run on specific scheduled dates and fill up; book the mozzarella/burrata or soft-cheese workshop ahead rather than dropping in.
