Entry No. 47 — the Fort Collins file — filed under: hands-on
Kiss My Glass
A tiny in-home kiln-formed glass studio tucked west of Horsetooth Reservoir, between Fort Collins and Loveland, capped at just four students at a time. The intro class teaches glass cutting and fusing, and you leave a fused piece behind to be kiln-fired and picked up about a week later. The intermediate course adds wet saws and grinders for more ambitious fused-glass work.
The move: Cut and arrange colored glass into a fused piece together in a four-person home studio, then return a week later to collect it.
📍 Before you go Classes are on-demand and by request only (you submit dates via a contact form), the studio is a private home with max four students, and finished pieces are picked up a week later after firing.
