Texas Sound Bath at Levy Park

Twice a month, strangers lie down on the open lawn of a public park at 7pm while a lineup of quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums — each tuned to a Solfeggio frequency from 396 Hz to 963 Hz — washes over the whole group for free, donations only.

The move: Bring a blanket to Levy Park on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday, lie shoulder to shoulder for the 35-40 minute gong-and-bowl session, then walk it off with ice cream nearby.
