Monkey Feet Music

A record store tucked inside a working law office building — six humble rooms decorated with instruments, local paintings and autographs from blues musicians. It dabbles in new pressings but excels in vintage finds, with a treasure trove of box sets and a whole room of vintage stereo gear.

The move: Wander room to room of this records-inside-a-law-office maze, hunt for box sets and overlooked gems, and geek out in the dedicated vintage hi-fi room.

📍 Before you go Look for the four-foot sock monkey out by the sign — that mascot, not the law-office facade, is how you know you have found the right door at the corner of N Classen and NW 39th. It is tucked into the Crown Heights / Western Avenue corridor, so weekday afternoons or weekend midday tend to be calmest; a working office shares the building, so keep your browsing low-key and respectful of the space. Street parking runs along Classen, with lots nearby if it fills. Pair it with coffee down Classen or a meal in the 39th Street District a block west.

Where: 3801 N Classen Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118

Hours: Roughly M-F 11-6, Sat-Sun 11-4 per listings
