Casey Moore's Oyster House (W.A. Moeur House)

A 1910 house built for W.A. Moeur — brother of future Arizona governor Benjamin Moeur — now a rowdy Irish pub and oyster bar with a wraparound porch. Local ghost lore says a young woman murdered in an upstairs room haunts the place and shows her displeasure whenever a romantic couple is present; staff and diners report a self-operating dumbwaiter, tugged pant legs and taps on the shoulder in the upstairs room.

The move: Grab a porch table for oysters and a Guinness before dark, then head up the creaky staircase to peek into the Blue Room once the crowd thins — see if either of you feels the temperature drop.
