A sprawling Pueblo West complex whose standout is a 9-hole Old West-themed mini-golf course built around Colorado's 1859 gold rush, ending at a sluice box where you actually pan for gems. Inside there's bowling, an arcade with classics like Golden Tee, pool, darts, escape rooms and a restaurant-bar, plus live music on Friday and Saturday nights. The gold-rush gimmick gives it a genuinely odd local flavor.

The move: Play the gold-rush mini-golf course and pan for gems at the sluice box, then book one of the escape rooms before catching a weekend live band.
