Sound Bath at the JCC

Roughly one Sunday afternoon a month (2-3 PM), the Jewish Community Center's ordinary fitness 'Stretch Studio' is cleared of yoga mats and filled with singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes for a 60-minute sound journey — a recurring ritual hiding inside a mainstream community-center schedule.

The move: Show up Sunday at 2pm, lie on the studio floor together for the hour-long sound journey, and grab something at Sugar House afterward.
