Bank Historic Barn Ruins

The Bank Historic Barn Ruins, also known as the Jerusalem Stone Barn, are the preserved remains of a massive rubblestone bank barn built in 1803. After being gutted by a devastating fire in 1961, the structure was left as a hollow shell of towering stone walls. Today, the stabilized masonry stands as a striking architectural skeleton within the historic Jerusalem Mill Village.

The move: Take a peaceful walk through the historic village grounds to photograph the towering stone ruins, then head over to the adjacent historic Jericho Covered Bridge.

📍 Before you go The ruins are located on the publicly accessible grounds of Jerusalem Mill Village, which is part of Gunpowder Falls State Park and open daily from sunrise to sunset.
