A family-run roller rink opened by the Caldwells in 1984 and still spinning, this is Anchorage's enduring quad-skate institution with public sessions, bumper cars and laser tag. Sessions run only a few days a week, so the rink keeps that retro, locals-know-when feel. It's an unapologetically old-school night out under disco lights.

The move: Lace up rental quads for a public skate session, then chase each other through a round of laser tag.
