Entry No. 10 — the Atlanta file — filed under: password-bar
Himitsu
No sign, no name on the door — you count seven storefronts past the sushi restaurant Umi and hope you've got the right one. Getting in means emailing [email protected] with 'LOVE' as the subject line; if chosen, you receive a code for that night's few open seats inside a Tom Dixon-designed room (his first U.S. hospitality project) under a strict no-photos policy, open only Thursday through Saturday.
The move: Dinner at Umi, then play the password-by-email game for a nightcap in an unmarked, camera-forbidden Buckhead room that barely a dozen people are inside on any given night.
