Intown Salt Room

Atlanta's first dedicated salt spa inside the Perimeter (opened 2018) runs two odd little rituals: a halotherapy room where you recline in a zero-gravity chair breathing aerosolized medical-grade salt, and a separate 'meditation with sound therapy' session where a special chair pipes low-frequency vibrations through your body via headphones like a full-body tuning fork. It sits right next to Doc Chey's Noodle House, which is how most people first notice it.

The move: Do back-to-back solo salt-room sessions, then walk next door to Doc Chey's for noodles while your lungs are still faintly salty.
