Junkman's Daughter

A 10,000-square-foot former grocery store turned Little Five Points institution since 1982, founded by Pam Majors, whose father ran actual salvage yards as a junkman. The dressing rooms are painted with zombie shadows, the signage is still hand-lettered from the '90s, and the aisles mix pop-culture ephemera with genuinely strange curios — an original, lived-in cabinet of curiosities decades before the current oddities-shop trend caught on.

The move: Give each other five minutes and a challenge to find the single weirdest object in the store, then meet at the register to compare finds before grabbing a drink elsewhere in L5P.
