Entry No. 59 — the Boise file — filed under: after-dark
208 Night Market
A weekly after-dark market that began in the Treasure Valley's Latino community and has grown into a sprawling multicultural food scene, drawing 100-plus vendors and hundreds of families for late-evening feasting, live music, and performances. Now at Shindig Farms in Nampa (relocated from the Idaho Hispanic Community Center), it runs Friday and Saturday nights from 6 to 11 PM, giving it genuine night-market energy rather than a daytime-fair vibe. Entry is free, and the lineup runs from street tacos and fresas con crema to churro cheesecake bites and global street food you won't find at a generic farmers market.
The move: Show up after sunset on a Friday, work your way through birria and elotes from the vendor row, and stay for the live music.
