A Pearl Street chocolate shop and dessert kitchen that runs hands-on classes most weekends. Sessions include hand-rolling truffles, demystifying macarons, and making flourless pastries and molten lava cakes, and class students get 15% off in-store purchases that day. Private classes for small groups are also available.

The move: Take a weekend truffle or macaron class and hand-roll a box of chocolates together, then raid the shop with your student discount.

📍 Before you go Public classes are mostly Saturdays and Sundays and fill up; private sessions run a 5–10 person minimum. Check the classes calendar for the specific menu and date.
