A gritty metal-arts shop where forging classes put a hammer in your hand at the anvil and fire. The flagship offering is a multi-week Knife and Sword Forging course that takes absolute beginners from raw steel to a finished blade, learning forging technique, tempering, and working gas and coke forges. Shorter beginner forging workshops (drawing out, bending, twisting, and punching hot steel) run periodically — check current scheduling before you go, as standalone intro sessions are offered intermittently.
