Entry No. 3 — the Colorado Springs file — filed under: witchy
The Enchanted Fox
Three women — a shamanic healer, an Indigenous tarot-deck artist, and an herbalist — ritually cleansed a 37-year-old pawn shop in early 2026 and turned it into a 900-square-foot community ritual hub where you can buy owner-crafted candles and hand-pulled tarot decks on a Tuesday and then tip tables with strangers on a Thursday.
The move: Show up for a weekly table-tipping session, browse handmade tinctures and one-of-a-kind tarot decks made by the owners themselves, then linger for the monthly drumming circle — it's the kind of date that either brings you closer together or reveals incompatibilities worth knowing about early.
📍 Before you go You'll find it on the main Colorado Avenue strip in historic Old Colorado City, the walkable district of brick-front shops, galleries, and cafes west of downtown. It's tiny — under 1,000 square feet in a former pawn shop — so look closely or you'll walk past it between bigger storefronts. Park at a metered street spot (the district uses the ParkMobile app) or in one of the free public lots tucked behind the main strip, then explore on foot. The browsing is walk-in, but the table-tipping sessions and monthly drumming circle run on a set schedule, so check ahead and time your visit — days and hours shift while the shop is still new. Easy to pair with a meal or a wander down the avenue afterward.
