A 3,800-sq-ft vintage emporium with dedicated taxidermy, postmortem and specimen sections — skulls, bones and wet specimens tucked among 30+ dealers' booths of clothing, cowboy gear and oddball nostalgia.

The move: Split up and each find the most unsettling object in the taxidermy and specimen booths, then reconvene to vote on a winner before browsing the vintage racks.

📍 Before you go You'll find it at 1916 N. Haskell Ave., in a low-key strip on the edge of Old East Dallas just north of Deep Ellum — easy to blow past, so watch for the storefront rather than a flashy sign. There's a small lot out front plus street parking along Haskell. It's a browse-the-booths kind of place, so come when you're not rushed; weekend afternoons get crowded, while a weekday visit gives you room to dig. Make a half-day of it by walking the Deep Ellum murals and bars, or grabbing a drink across Haskell afterward.
