You 'check in' at the front desk for a key with a passcode, ride the elevator up, follow the faint music to the unmarked door, and punch in the code to step into a Japanese-inspired cocktail den with a seasonally rotating menu.
The move: Book the Friday or Saturday 6-10pm window, check in at the SOVA desk together, then hunt down the disguised room using your passcode and split a flight of the Kyoto-style cocktails in the tiny lamplit space.
