Inside Passage

A sliding door inside Rumba, Capitol Hill's cane-spirits bar, is the only way into this tiny undersea-themed cocktail lair that gives tiki a dark Pacific Northwest makeover. An enormous tentacled sea creature named Kiki hangs suspended overhead while drinks arrive in skulls, rice cookers, and the occasional repurposed Amazon box, often glowing or smoking with dry ice. Parties are capped at six to keep the room claustrophobic and immersive in the best way.

The move: Slip through the sliding door behind Rumba and order the most theatrical glowing, dry-ice cocktails on the menu under Kiki the sea creature.

📍 Before you go Entered through a sliding door inside Rumba; parties limited to six and reservations recommended for the tiny room.
