Fisch Haus

A multi-disciplinary artist cooperative founded in 1990, run out of a three-story warehouse since 1993 with studios, a gallery, and a full wood and metal shop. It hosts genuinely experimental, unconventional programming: the KNOB New Music Festival (three nights of avant-garde / multidisciplinary performance, $10 at the door), OPERANIME, performance-art installations, and an annual Living Statues collaboration with Ballet Wichita.

The move: Catch a Living Statues night or one night of the KNOB experimental-music festival, then wander the warehouse's gallery and studios; pay the $10 at the door and let the weirdness wash over you both.

Where: 524 S Commerce St, Wichita, KS 67202

Hours: Programming is event-based; check fischhaus.com. Commerce St construction means parking is in the rear with the main entry on the east side.

⚠ Seasonal or scheduled — always check before you go.
