Entry No. 70 — the Dallas file — filed under: soak
Alive and Well - Frequency Dome
A curved sound-bath room with crystals and handwritten intentions embedded in its walls, where vibroacoustic therapy sends 30-120 Hz vibrations up through soft-touch mats during crystal-bowl sound baths.
The move: Book a side-by-side vibroacoustic sound-bath session in the dome, then compare what you each felt over tea before strolling the Katy Trail outside.
📍 Before you go The dome lives on the second floor of The Terminal at Katy Trail (Suite 250) — the building sits right on the trail in the Knox-Henderson stretch, with an underground garage and valet below, so skip the street-parking hunt. It runs two ways: short solo vibroacoustic sessions with headphones on the cushions, and scheduled group breathwork classes on the mats — both appointment-based, so book rather than walk in. You'll be lying down the whole time, so dress loose; sauna, hot/cold plunge tubs, and an IV lounge share the floor if you want to stack treatments. The Katy Trail is literally at the door for the after-walk.
