Olfactory's Dallas scent bar sits in walkable West Village in Uptown. A scent advisor walks you through nine core fragrances to choose a base, then layers in additional accords until you've built something that's yours. You name it and pick a label color, and walk out with a full-size bottle of your custom blend the same day.

The move: Sniff your way through accords with a scent advisor and each blend, name, and bottle a personal signature fragrance to take home.
