The Oddemporium

An oddities shop crammed floor-to-ceiling on Antique Row, with arguably more items per square inch than any other curiosity store in Denver. Historical medical equipment, antique glass, taxidermy, and loose doll parts share shelf space with vintage furniture and fancy dress. It hides in the row of antique storefronts on South Broadway that most people walk right past on their way somewhere shinier. Everything has a story and the staff will tell it to you.

The move: Wander in with no plan, dare each other to find the strangest object on the floor, and let the shopkeeper explain what a century-old surgical tool was actually for.

📍 Before you go You'll find it at 1534 S Broadway in the Baker neighborhood, mid-strip on Antique Row — one of a tight cluster of antique storefronts, so watch the addresses rather than the signage and you won't blow past it. Street parking runs along South Broadway and is free on weekdays; the whole row is walkable once you've parked. This is a dig-deep place, not a quick stroll, so come with time to browse and chat — shelves are packed tight, which makes it tricky for strollers or bulky bags. Pair it with the neighboring antique and vintage shops, plus South Broadway's Baker-district bars and cafés. Hours shift seasonally — check ahead.
