Tucked behind the wrought-iron gates of Sena Plaza — a 1690s-era hacienda courtyard across from St. Francis Cathedral, once shaded by a century-old cottonwood — this small studio runs private and small-group sound baths with tuning forks and singing bowls, plus hot-stone and marma-point sessions, a block off the Plaza that most tourists walk straight past.

The move: Book a session-for-two sound bath in the studio, then step back out into the hidden Sena Plaza courtyard afterward and sit under what's left of the historic cottonwood before rejoining the crowds on Palace Avenue.
